We understand that when you order a gourmet gift you are essentially ordering a gourmet experience. That being said, we make it our number one priority to provide the finest service in our industry. As with all of our gourmet gifts, we strive to deliver only the best products made with the freshest ingredients to ensure an experience that is truly gourmet.

Our Shipment Process

We understand how important it is to our customers that they receive their orders in a timely manner and in perfect condition. For this reason, Gourmet Orchards has partnered with FedEx and the US Postal Service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

After your order is received please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Perishable Gifts

Some of our delicious items are perishable such as, our chocolate items. These prducts require special treatment and may incur an additional charge of $8.95.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

Because of the long journey ahead of our incredible products, we take extra special care to ensure that items delivered to these locations arrive safely. Please note that items shipped to Alaska and/or Hawaii will incur an additional $9.95 per item.

P.O. Box Deliveries

If shipping to a P.O. Box please choose delivery via USPS. If FedEx is chosen as a preferred delivery company a surcharge of $5.95 will be added to your order.
