How do I create or login to an account?
From any page, you can click on “My Account” on the top of the page. It will bring you to a page where you can login or register for an account.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click “Lost your password?” at the bottom of the login box on the My Account page.
Is my information kept private?
Arizona Orange Company never sells or rents your personal information to anyone for any reason!
Do you provide a secure checkout?
Our website and checkout is 100% secure. When checking out, the “HTTPS” at the beginning of the URL and the secure submit logo on the checkout page show you that your information is safe.
How do I use a coupon code?
You can enter a coupon code on the cart page by entering it into the “coupon code” box and then clicking the “apply coupon” button. If you forget to enter it there, you can enter it when checking out by clicking “Click here to enter your code” (slightly above the checkout information you are entering, right after “Have a coupon?”). Once clicked, you may enter it into the “coupon code” box and then click the “apply coupon” button.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to tax any orders shipped to an address in Arizona.
What is a processing rush?
This will move your order to the front and it will be shipped out with the first batch of fresh citrus received after your order.
What is freeze insurance?
Sometimes, fresh citrus can’t handle the freezing temperatures in transit or at the delivery location. If you choose this option, we will replace your order if the citrus was received frozen.
When will my order ship?
This will depend on what you are ordering.
Any orders containing fresh citrus will be shipped out the day they are picked and received from our local grower. To ensure that only the freshest citrus is shipped, we do not keep it in stock. We ship all orders with fresh citrus once or twice a week and you will receive an email with a tracking number when we are ready to ship your order.
Any orders not containing fresh citrus will usually ship by the next business day. Some large orders may take additional processing time so if there is a date you need an order by, please feel free to call or email us for more specific processing times.
When will my order be delivered?
This will depend on the shipping speed you selected as well as the ship date (see above). All orders are shipped from Arizona and will take 1-7 days from the ship date to arrive depending on the location it is being shipped to.
What carrier will deliver my order?
The majority of fresh citrus orders are shipped through FedEx but will occasionally be delivered by USPS. Smaller orders not containing fresh citrus will usually be delivered by USPS but may occasionally be delivered by FedEx.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Although it is possible to ship to a PO Box, we do not recommend it for fresh citrus. Due to holidays and the need to interact with USPS to receive your package, it may sit longer than you’d like and result in less than fresh citrus.
Can I ship gifts to an A.P.O. / F.P.O. destination?
We will ship to an APO/FPO address; however we recommend only sending dry goods to those destinations. The time it takes to receive these items can vary anywhere between 1 week and 45 days.
Can I send items to Alaska or Hawaii?
We can ship items to Alaska and Hawaii but please be aware that it can take slightly longer to receive items in these locations.
