Keylime pie is a classic and timeless recipe. The smooth sweetness of the condensed milk with the subtle hint of tartness from the lime make a great combination. Given how delicious this dessert is, you may be surprised to learn you can make the pie filling in under a half an hour! This dessert is ideal when you don’t have a lot of time and need something quick, simple and delicious. A pre-made graham cracker crust is an easy way to speed up preparation, but for a truly gourmet touch make your own crust from scratch. The extra time and effort will be well worth it!<\/p>\n

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
\nCook time: 8 Minutes<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
\n3 cups sweetened condensed milk
\n1\/2 cup sour cream
\n3\/4 cup key lime juice
\n1 tablespoon grated lime zest
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Directions:<\/strong>
\n1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
\n2. In a medium bowl, mix condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime rind. Blend well and pour into graham cracker crust.
\n3. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of pie. Do not brown the pie! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. For an extra gourmet touch, garnish with lime slices and fresh whipped cream.<\/p>
