At Gourmet Orchards, there are few genres of food we hold in higher regard than Southwest Cuisine; but if you’re anything like us, you’ve also got a mean sweet tooth that’s hard to satisfy. Enter Gourmet Orchards’ Mango Salsa Recipe, which satisfies both our need to take our taste buds South of the border, and treat them to a sweetly satisfying experience. The best part about this salsa recipe is it’s just as delicious on top of grilled chicken as it is with your favorite chips of the tortilla variety or even as pictured here, atop of a lightly toasted bruschetta and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 2 cups, Roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Grande Navel Orange juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients into large serving bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
